Christine Williams is the founder of CW Real Estate Sales, LLC. She has been a licensed salesperson in Florida since 1996, and a REALTOR since 1999. Her experience includes multi-family property management, residential sales, relocation, short sales, broker price opinions. homestaging, teaching/coaching, and personal real estate investment.
With a degree in psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, as well as years of real estate education, Christine is quickly able to ascertain the needs of her customer. Christine utilizes the philosophy of "What's In It For Me?". In other words, she focuses on her customer's needs, rather than her own. While many real estate firms strongly encourage their agents to focus on selling the company inventory, Christine focuses on finding the best home for her buyer or buyer for her seller's listing. Listening to the customer's needs, wants and desires, she conducts research through the MLS, networking, and even by approaching For Sale By Owners.
With today's changing market, Christine also provides inspections/valuation reports for lenders/banks for various scenarios such as foreclosures, short sales, and loan modifications.
